Straffe Hendrik Wild is a special variant of the classic Straffe Hendrik Tripel, enhanced with the wild yeast Brettanomyces, commonly known as "Brett." This unique yeast gives the beer a dynamic and ever-evolving flavor profile, making it particularly appealing to fans of characterful beers.

The bottle fermentation with Brettanomyces not only extends the beer’s shelf life but also allows for a gradual development of flavors over time. In the first months after bottling, it retains much of the characteristic bitterness and hop aromas of the original tripel. As time passes, the beer transforms: the hop notes soften, while fruity and floral aromas become more pronounced.
