The beer has a slightly cloudy, straw-yellow colour and a fruity fermentation aroma with a subtle smoky touch. Thanks to the unique Bruges herb mixture 'gruut', delicate flavours of coriander and Curaçao come to the fore. Light, spicy and thirst-quenching with a fresh, dry aftertaste.
