Ambreus Oude Geuze is a blend of 1, 2 and 3 year old lambics, matured in Italian and French oak barrels. The wort comes from Den Herberg, Lindemans and De Troch. After maturation and selection, a harmonious, fruity blend is created that undergoes a natural second fermentation in the bottle, resulting in an elegant, complex gueuze. “Ambreus” combines Ambrosia, the food of the gods, with “Geus”, for a timeless, divine drinking experience.
