The 'Rodenbach Evolved St Georges' is inspired by the iconic "St Georges" beer. Brewed with wheat beer, saison and lambic ingredients and fermented with Rodenbach yeast. After two years of maturation in foeder 93, a light, fruity pale ale (6.5%) with subtle sourness was created. Aromas of apple, peach, Brett and a hint of leather provide extra complexity.
