Brett Saison is a spelled Saison (5.3%) with an opal blonde color and creamy, persistent foam. Dry-hopped and fermented with Brettanomyces, it offers intense aromas of pineapple, quince, apricot and green berries, with a distinctive "funky" touch. The taste combines grain notes, floral accents and an aftertaste of lime zest, dry and bitter, true to the classic Saison style.
