Wijnberg is a dark brown beer inspired by the old brown style from the region. It combines two traditional variants to a unique balance between sweet and sour. It consists of one third young beer and two thirds wood-matured beer of at least two years, enriched with Jacobins Oud Foederbier from Brouwerij Vanderghinste in Bellegem.
