Oude Geuze Tilquin, brewed by Gueuzerie Tilquin, is a spontaneously fermented beer made from a blend of 1, 2, and 3-year-old lambics. The beer is neither filtered nor pasteurized and undergoes bottle refermentation for at least 6 months. The lambics are fermented and aged in oak barrels at the blendery in Bierk.
