The Boon brewery prepares this glorious beer by mixing both old and young lambic beer. This lambic beer originates from Lembeek, a nearby town, next to Brussels. Later on the Boon Kriek matures on oaken barrels.

The Boon brewery only uses fresh and real cherries (25%). It is best to preserve this wonderful brew dark and cold. Boon Kriek is best served cold and in a matching beer glass.
