'Trappist' might be one of the most famous Belgian beer styles. This Chimay beer as well, is created by monks in an ancient abbey. Chimay Grande Reserve, also called Chimay Blue, is a deep brown trappist beer.

The Scourmont abbey advises to serve this beer cold and to use a matching beer glass.
