Bruismelk is a cloudy, golden blond beer with a creamy white foam head. The aroma is tropical and fruity, with hop notes and a subtle spiciness. The taste combines tropical fruit, soft sweetness and dry bitterness, with a light alcoholic aftertaste. The foam is airy, the color is orange-yellow with a slight cloudiness. Scents of grape, exotic fruit and vineyard leaves emerge. The taste offers hints of nectarine, citrus, candied orange and kumquat. The medium body and slightly oily texture provide a soft, citrusy aftertaste. A beautifully balanced and complex beer.
