In principle, this beer its base in the Dark Castle. Indeed, it is a result of a ten-year ripening Castle Dark. The taste is often compared with that of Porto. The flavor can be described as sweet to bitter, with the malt flavor perhaps the most emerges. Overall a fantastic gourmet beer.
