Thich black colour with quickly disappearing off-white head. Aroma: fruity (plum, dark berryes), honey, caramel. Taste: malty start with a pleasent bitter mouthfeel. Very frutiy full of great flavours. Nuts and almond. Full body with medium carbonation. The Van Honsebrouck (Kasteel) brewery created this wonderful brew and proudly presents this product at our online store. Cuvee du Chateau is blond coloured and has quite a full and creamy head. This glorious craft beer has a beautiful body and a wonderful aroma.
This sparkling cuvee beer is a famous offspring from the Van Honsebrouck brewery. By the way, this is the only Belgian brewery located in a castle. This is why their beers are called 'Kasteel', Dutch for castle. This lovely appetizer is blond coloured and the 2012 edition. Most beer lovers serve this beer cold and in a typical matching beer glass.
Cheers and enjoy this lovely Belgian cuvee beer.
Our web shop, Belgian Beer Factory, also offers a matching glass, together with all sorts of related products. Such as gifts, kegs, gadgets and accessories and our box deals of course. By the way, Cuvee du Chateau is also quite popular for food pairing and recipes can be found on their official website or on our web shop. Did you know that this brew is also popular during fall and Christmas.

For me this is about the perfect beer. Its a bit too strong for the hot summer day and the sweetness seems a bit strong at first but there is so much flavor and so much to enjoy. A true great.
Quite strong in flavor, but there's enough fruitiness to even it out.
