Boskeun, the successor of Stille Nacht, is a spring and Easter beer. This beer is only available during the Easter period. The powerful beer has a very specific taste and aroma. In the taste, true connoisseurs recognize berries, licorice, dry leaves, vanilla and chocolate.

Brewery De Dolle Brouwers is a specialty beer brewery in Esen, borough of Diksmuide. Here they took over a vacant brewery. The name comes from cycling club "De Dolle Dravers," which consisted of 4 members, 2 of whom were brothers. They had a rich knowledge of regional beer culture and wanted to do something with it. Their first beer called Oerbier came out in 1980. The adventure began with experimentation at home, with natural ingredients and with secondary fermentation in the bottle. Since 1980 they have been able to expand their assortment with beers such as Arabier, Oerbier, Boskeun, Dulle Teve, Stille Nacht, Stout and Reserva. During a visit to the brewery you will get a guided tour and afterwards you can reminisce in the Oerbar.
